Bilingual Communication: Feedback on pressure and comfort is welcomed in both English and Vietnamese.
Right of Refusal: To ensure safety, sessions will be rescheduled if a client is under the influence or has a condition that makes massage unsafe.
For the best therapeutic experience, we ask that clients arrive refreshed and ready for bodywork.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
Breakdown:
5 mins: Health history & physical assessment.
50 mins: Hands-on therapeutic bodywork.
5 mins: Post-massage re-assessment and home care.
Forms: Please email your completed Intake Form 24 hour before your appointment to maximize hands-on time.
How we decide: Units are based on treatment complexity and your specific goals.
Example: A targeted neck/shoulder reset typically requires 3–4 units ($135).
Flexibility: Additional units can be added for complex or chronic conditions upon request.
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
Late Arrivals: You will receive the remaining time of your session; full payment is still required.
Weather Emergencies: If Seattle weather makes travel unsafe, fees are waived. Your safety is our priority.
To ensure all clients have access to care, booking privileges are reviewed after three missed appointments.
PIP & L&I: We handle these claims directly. Please provide your Claim #, Date of Injury, and Adjuster Info before your first visit. Find our forms here.
Superbills: If we are out-of-network for you, we can provide a Superbill within 7 days, so that you can submit for reimbursement.
Responsibility: While we help with billing, you are responsible for 100% of the cost if your insurance denies the claim.
Check your card: Find your Member ID and the Customer Service number.

Is massage a stand-alone benefit or tied to Chiropractic?
Do I need a doctor's referral or prior authorization?
What is my copay or remaining deductible?
Note the details: Write down the representative's name and the date of the call.
For Therapeutic Massage, most clients undress to their comfort level; you will be professionally draped with a sheet at all times.
For Craniosacral Therapy, please wear loose, comfortable clothing as this can be performed fully clothed.
